dmytrobala.com is run by Dmytro Bala, a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza), NIP 6751828984, Kraków, Poland. You can reach me at hi@dmytrobala.com.

Through the site I provide, free of charge: information about my services, the project form, and a calendar to book an intro call. Using the form starts an agreement for that service; it ends when you send the form or leave the page. Booking a call is also subject to the terms of Cal.com.

You need a current web browser with JavaScript and cookies allowed for the booking calendar, and an email address to hear back from me.

Please give accurate details and do not send anything unlawful, offensive or that infringes someone else’s rights. As with anything sent over the internet, a message can be intercepted or altered in transit; the site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) to reduce that risk.

Everything on this site — including availability, process, timelines and the answers in the FAQ — is general information, not a public offer. A project starts only once we have agreed its scope, price and timeline in writing.

Most of my work is under NDA, so the case studies describe real projects without naming clients, and some details are generalised. Figures are from the projects themselves at the time of the work.

The text, illustrations and design of this site are mine unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to link to any page. Please do not copy content or design without asking.

The site links to and embeds other services, such as the Cal.com booking calendar. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them.

I keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is provided as is. I am not liable for decisions made on the basis of this site alone, to the extent the law allows.

If something on the site does not work as described, email hi@dmytrobala.com with what happened. I reply within 14 days.
